Why it's far from perfect
- Doesn't include every public housing company and also some private ones
- Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö (mostly) not included
- Feature and policy categorization use language models, which can make mistakes. Always double-check information through linked landlord website
- "Not stated" in a policy could still mean "yes" if you ask any given landlord directly
- Only 1 777 vacancies (25.7%) have a known applicant count. The rest are statistical approximations based on the residents per vacancy ratio, among which there are outliers, see report
- Amenities are based on OpenStreetMap volunteer data, which is not comprehensive and contains mistakes
- The amenities index only considers standardized facilities and living essentials. It doesn't capture the wide variety of things you can experience in a big city (upplevelsepotential), so it arguably overvalues small towns
